Crowd Funding

• Solutions provided by MicroLeap for Project to raise up to max RM 15,000 thru crowd funding.
• All expenses will be recorded and monitor by MicroLeap
• Fund will be used by the TEAM for the project
  • Domain, Hosting, Cloud
  • App License and Services
  • Printing
  • Team monthly allowance
  • Company incorporation
  • Lawyer fees
• 10% platform fees charge by Microleap

Angel Investor

• Mentor also can invest in any project they like with minimum investment of RM 10,000 per project for exchange of 5% equity at RM 200,000 valuation
• Program Operator will take 1% equity

VCs

• During the Demo Day, we will invite VCs to come
• Qualified project will be raising RM 150,000 pre-seed for exchange of 15% equity at RM 1.5 million valuation
• Any project that close a VCs round will required to
  • Donate RM 2,000 to TAR
  • Pay RM 2,000 for the Program Fees
  • Program Operator will take additional 1% equity

ECF (Equity Crowd Funding)

• Project that have incorporated into Company and operate more then 6 months can apply and raise from ECF thru license operator such as AtaPlus and MyStartr
• MyCIF will co-invest up to 25% of the fund raise thru ECF platform
