Monthly Meetup. Evening on weekday. At Bayan Lepas, where most of the factory and office are. They come over right after office hour. A cafe or bar, with foods for dinner. Target those in Silicon sector, from Chip Design, materials, packaging, FPGA and etc. Each session, we have one speaker sharing on the industry, market trend, update, tools, etc. Target 10 to 15pax per session. Private by Invitation. To identify talent.

Quarterly/ Half yearly Event. One full day event. Both local and MNC to share on the Industry they doing. With booth. Company want to showcase and to get talent. This one we open to public, especially targeting fresh grad. Do it on weekend. Target 300 pax. At Hotel. We also can make it HRDF claimable. Sell ticket.
